Order Processing Time
Orders are processed within 3–5 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays) after payment confirmation. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been processed and shipped.
Shipping Time
After your order has been handed off to the carrier, estimated delivery time is 10–15 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on your location, carrier conditions, and customs processing for international shipments.
Total estimated delivery (processing + shipping): 13–20 business days.
Shipping Costs
- Standard Shipping: $5.00–$15.00 depending on package weight and destination.
- Expedited Shipping: $20.00–$50.00 (where available).
- Free standard shipping on U.S. orders over $100.
Exact shipping cost will be calculated and displayed at checkout before payment.
Tracking Information
A tracking number will be emailed to you after your order ships. Use this number to track your package on the carrier's website. You may also track your order using the Track Order page on our website.
Shipping Destinations
We ship to the United States and select international destinations. International orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient. We do not control or collect customs fees.
Delayed or Lost Shipments
If your order has not arrived within 30 days of the estimated delivery date, please contact our customer support team. We will investigate with the carrier and work to resolve the issue promptly.
