Return Window

You may request a return within 30 days of the delivery date. Requests submitted after 30 days from delivery will not be accepted.

Eligibility Conditions

To be eligible for a return, items must meet all of the following conditions:

• Item is unused and in the same condition as received
• Item is in its original packaging with all accessories included
• Item is not damaged by misuse, water, or physical impact
• Return request has been approved by our support team before shipping

How to Initiate a Return

1. Contact us at support@watchesluxury.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. Our team will review your request and provide return instructions within 2–3 business days.
3. Ship the item back using the provided return address. Do not ship without prior approval.
4. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund.

Return Shipping Costs

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged or we made an error. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Non-Returnable Items

• Items returned after 30 days from delivery
• Items showing signs of wear, damage, or tampering
• Items missing original packaging or accessories
• Final sale or clearance items marked as non-returnable
